How to Use: Spray on bottom of feet & legs at bedtime. Massage into any sore area. Use as often as needed. Let air dry for best results. Note: You may experience itchiness after initial use. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels. The itchiness & salt residue can be avoided by rinsing the oil off after 20 minutes.
